Would you buy a 2005 Toyota Camry Solara with 59,000 mles on it? It is a Toyota Certified vehicle.
The dealership wants $ 15, 700 for it, do you think that I can talk them down.

Yes.
What do you think? Answer below!

I would. Toyota’s are generally reliable, and the car has low mileage
considering how old it is. The average is around 15,000 a year, or something
close to that. *Anybody, please correct me if I’m incorrect*
Another plus is that it’s a CPO, I’m not sure how Toyota’s
CPO works, but all other automakers seem to inspect the
car very throughly and provide a warranty on top of it;
I don’t think you can go wrong with that.
Although, another factor to consider is the price; is
the price good? Still, considering the mileage and the
fact it’s a CPO, I would go with it.
-Good luck, cheers. (:
I actually just purchased a 2005 Solara (2.4L) with 61,000 miles on it a few weeks ago that was a certified used vehicle from a Toyota dealership. I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. The car runs great and the transmission is in perfect shape. I do have a manual transmission which I prefer over automatics. I did buy it for a great dealership out the door price of $ 12,500. The powertrain warranty gives you peace of mind that Toyota offers on it. Also, the first 3 months/3,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is a nice way to start off. Toyota in general is a very reliable car. There are a lot of owners who are repeat buyers. I know the recent news has caused a bit of an image problem, but remember when Audi had the issue many years ago with the faulty computers and deaths? They are now strong as ever. Toyota will recover and will be strong once again.
I would say go for it as you are getting yourself a really great car. I am VERY happy with my purchase and if you do go for a Solara, I hope you will be happy too!
yes. the only thing i’m wondering is what you’re paying for it, and then i could give you a better answer.
They are still best cars made by miles and people are not buying because of recall brought on by ignorant people who did not put mat hooks in center console to keep mats in place.
