This is likely in the border area between Italy and Switzerland. The dam and the background are very similar to Punt dal Gall, but the background isn’t quite right on the left side of the shot (I don’t think that hill next to the dam wouldn’t be there in reality.)
Bear in mind that it’s likely the photo has been manipulated for dramatic effect. Not made up as in some “I swear its real!” internet-Photoshop job, just the normal manipulation to make print ads more artistic.
