Yes, some people avoided the 9-5 because the exterior was virtually unchanged for several years. Others were attracted to the new 9-3. Look for 9-5 sales to increase compared to the old 9-5. However, don’t expect fist fights and mobs looking to buy the car. My guess is that 20,000 9-5 per year would be a wildly successful number. 10,000 per year would be a high number. 7,000 per year is more likely. 4,000 per year would be a disappointment to the company but possible. These are U.S. sales numbers. Worldwide, expect triple the U.S. figures (which would include the U.S.)
