What happens to concept cars after the show?
I always see these pictures of concept cars unveiled at auto shows, but I wonder what happens to them. Do they actually work and run or are they just shells of design? Do they get dismantled or end up in a museum?

I would think the manufacturer just stores them away while evaluating the public interest in them.
the good ones get sold to collectors, others get crunched. Some are just mockups/design studies and don’t actually move under their own power.
