I drive a 2000 Daewoo Lanos. For some reason water keeps appearing under the upholstery on the front passenger side. Has anyone got any idea what it might be?

A/C drain line is plugged if it occurs even when it hasn’t been raining but your running your A/C.
Has it been raining where you are? If so, it could be the door seals or if you’ve ever been in even a minor collision the frame could have become minorly bent to allow even a little water. That was what happened to me; I sealed the frame around the door, fender, and firewall to fix it.
The other answer about the A/C lines over flowing could be. See if you can trace the water under the dash. There may be streaks or discoloration exactly where the water was. You could try to leave some paper towels in different spots and come back later and see which are wet. This will show where the water is coming in from.
you either have a leaking windshield on that side or your heater core is bad.
