Toyota Sequoia Long Island Vehicles Have More Standard Equipment

Toyota Sequoia Long Island vehicles have received new features related to safety as well as comfort for the 2010 model. The appearance and design of Toyota Sequoia Long Island large SUVs has not received major changes.

There are some features that are now standard but in previous models they were available only as an option. The Toyota Sequoia has very good towing capacity and can tow up to 10,000 pounds. This capacity is excellent and more than any other SUV produced by Toyota.

The Sequoia received a redesign in 2008, but from that time, its exterior has not been changed much. It has a seating capacity of up to 8 passengers and has enough plenty of room to keep occupants comfortable.

The performance of Toyota Sequoia Long Island is the most liked feature of this large SUV. Most of the people are impressed because of its powerful engine and very good off-road capabilities.

There are only three trims which are SR5, Limited and Platinum models. The SR5 model has 310 horsepower with a 4.6L V8 engine. In this 2010 model, the power of the engine has increased by 34 horsepower compared to the previous models. While Limited and Platinum models have 5.7L “i-Force” V8 engine and can generate up to 381 horsepower with it.  ”i-Force” engines are low-emission SUV’s engines with better fuel economy. The Sequoia’s can achieve 14 mpg for city and 19 for highway but 5.7L engine has an average of 19 mpg city and 18 for highway.

Four-wheel drive system is available as an option. The interior of the Toyota Sequoias has flexible seating. This large SUV also has good handling and acceleration considering its size. The 4-wheel drive system in the Sequoia includes a 2-speed transfer case which is very ideal for low speed and off-road conditions.

Some other features of Toyota Sequoia Long Island SUVs are eight passenger seating (in three rows), 4-piston anti-lock ventilated disc brakes, electronic stability control, roll-sensing side-curtain airbags and front-seat side bags.
