I will preface this review by stating that I am a BIG skeptic when it comes to these types of books. I read Bryan’s book because my boss told me I had to read a book. I had seen Bryan a few months before at a Chamber Luncheon, so I thought I could skim his book and dazzle her with some of his bold print points without really reading it. A funny thing happened, I read it. I actually read it ! Then I took my boss to the book store, she bought it and I bought a copy for my son.
On to the review….. The first thing I noticed is that Bryan writes just like he speaks. This was important for me, because I had seen him. His book is NOT a don’t do this , but do that book. It is a recipe for a complete paradigm shift. If you follow his plan of action, you will be successful. A large part of the book emphasizes that you have to act on things within 48 hours or you will never do it. He helps you realize that while you cannot change the world, you can change your perception of it and how you react to it WILL make all the difference. His easy to do lists engage you and really make you think. The Book is filled with stories of people he has met and how his philosophy for HIS life has helped others.
The action plans work, the goal lists work, the NO lists work. Bryan Dodge is the genuine article and his book portrays that he is successful because of his 8 keys. He has shown me the way to finding MY GOOD LIFE.
BUY THIS BOOK ! For someone you love who needs to be inspired. BUY THIS BOOK for someone you don’t like, who needs an attitude adjustment. BUY THIS BOOK to please your boss. READ THIS BOOK because it is good for your soul.

Bryan has spent his life helping other people improve their life through inspiration, education, entertainment and opportunity. If you have ever heard him speak you will know that this book captures the essence of his message; you can make a difference in the lives of the people who depend on you. If you are looking for some strategies to build a better you and to experience the ‘good life” you need to read this book and more importantly you need to implement the strategies that Bryan shares with you in this book. As someone who has watched Bryan over the last year and a half I can tell you that he does everything in his power to practice what he ask you to do. He and the information he is sharing in this book is a rare find in this world. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to take advantage of the wisdom of the ages as translated by a real individual with a gift for communication that applies to the individuals in his audience.

I found this book to be full of great information. Not only did it get to the heart of personal issues, it gave great ideas on how to implement improvements in many areas of life.
And it was entertaining to boot! Not the usual dry, boring stuff. I really enjoyed it!

I absolutely loved this book. When a book has a great impact on me, my rule is to read it three times. There are very few books that fall into that category but this one, The Good Life Rules, is at the top of the list. It is a life changing book.

My wife and I know Bryan Dodge personally and have attended two of his live seminars over the years. Bryan is so full of energy, and has been so successful, you cannot help but want to do the things he suggests you do, to allow your life to improve. His latest book…”The Good Life Rules” is an easy read, with great action plan reviews at the end of each chapter. Bryan challenges you to get off your butt and excel to your fullest potential so that you can allow the good life to rule in your life too. This is another must read in my opinion and I will add it to my blog as a highly recommeded book. STan Barnes
