Sylvania H13 ST BP TWIN SilverStar Headlight – Pack of 2

  • Fashioned for brighter and whiter light
  • Dual filament for both low 55 and high 65 watt
  • Provides 100 percent street legal illumination
  • Ensure greater luminance and efficiency
  • Provides longer life

Product Description
Sylvania SilverStar Headlight is fashioned for brighter and whiter light. It has dual filament for both high beam and low beam. This operates with internal gas pressure which significantly reduces the rate of tungsten evaporation. Its analogous non-halogen incandescent lamp operates the same filament temperature with greater luminance and efficiency. This combined effect of higher pressure and the halogen cycle give halogen lamp much longer life.

Sylvania Silverstar bulbs are what “should” come standard in your headlights from the factory. But of course, unless you opt for hi buck HID lights, you usually get cheap bulbs instead (which of course makes the bean counters happy). The result? Joe consumer gets low light, low intensity headlights and finds it hard to see at night.

I’ve installed Silverstar bulbs in my last 3 vehicles (Ford Bronco, Jeep Wrangler, Ford Expedition). The difference is truly startling, even where I was replacing stock Sylvania bulbs. The Silverstars are really superior in every way and light up the road so much better than stock. It’s like another world at night where you can see so much clearer and so much farther.

While aftermarket HID systems may offer even better quality lighting, you have to spend at least $150 – $180 to get a quality setup, plus the aggravation of installation. These Silverstars were under $20 for the pair on Amazon – in Autozone they are more than twice that, btw – and installation is a snap. Spin out the old bulb, spin in the new one.

Highly recommended. Try them, and you’ll be a believer too.

You can see much further with this brillian white light. Easy to install with just 3 bolts on the 2006 Ford Explorer. Takes about 10 minutes a light if you take your time. Great price too.

These bulbs are very bright and help tremendously in the country for spotting deer. The have saved me several times. The old stock headlights are very dim in comparison. Great buy I would recommend them to anyone.

Next best thing to HID for the Ford Explorer. Too bad Sylvania doesn’t offer the Silverstar Ultra in H13.

I recently purchased two Sylvania Silverstar bulbs for my 2007 Ford Explorer. I always upgrade my headlights with Silverstars. They increase the safety of my nightime driving…
