Short Takes: 2000 Cadillac Seville SLS (Start Up, Engine, Tour)
In continuation of my “Short Takes” video series at All City Auto, I give a tour of a 2000 Cadillac Seville SLS. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

@shred5 the Cadillac DTS and New Generation SRX are FWD….the Seville has been FWD since 1980,but i do agree it should be Rear Wheel Drive.
@form109, I like my 05 a lot but I like the looks of the older ones too. Where the 05s win big is RWD or AWD and not crappy FWD… why the hell they made this car FWD is beyond me
@lucasgraffiti, STS has more options like a sunroof, 12 disc cd changer and a 300hp Northstar (but less torque, and less low end power).

A ton of the men in my family had these. None of them lasted very long. Typical American car..
the Cadillac Seville of this era has timeless appeal,from the sleek outside,beautifully crafted interior,and lexus like electroluminescent gauge cluster,this car is simply elegance itself…i prefer this to 05 and up caddies as they all have such sharp lines and extreamly agressive front fascia’s.

There is always something negative to say about every make and model from Acura to Saab. I had two Cadillacs…1997 Eldorado ETC and a 2001 Seville SLS and neither one of these cars never left me stranded. Just any other car, you take good care of it and it will take good care of you.
