Good quality medium duty connector,
Received today – good quality medium duty connector – Package states for up to 10 amps use (heavy duty would be 15 – 20 amps use). 16 gauge wire. Not fused. Would purchase again.

|Solid product, good value,
I looked around for a good quality M-M connector, but only found light-duty products. I even looked for parts to build my own, but could only find low-amperage plugs. But this connector was priced right, so I gave it a try. And I’m glad I did! It’s a sturdy unit with a nice, heavy cord. So far, it works like a charm.

|This is NOT a NEW product,
I would like to get a proper attention from Amazon.com. This product is not NEW. The box was obviously opened once and resealed. The product looks worn out and mine didn’t come with the instruction manual and warranty information. The charger box was torn and scotch taped. Seriously no contact information is available? If anyone at Amazon is reading this review, please contact me (because there is no way to contact you guys!!) and let me know how to exchange with a NEW product as it is described on the product description.
Maybe all of the buyers who received this product in horrible condition should get in touch each other. Can we do that?
