Rugged Ridge wiring harness,
The wiring harness installed in no time, “plug and play” is completely appropriate in this case. Appears to be well made from close inspection. The hitch which also came from Rugged Ridge has a bracket for the end of the wiring harness, so no loose wires hanging off the back of your vehicle.

|Nice Plug and Play,
Simply remove 2 screws on Jeep tail lights and plug wire harnes in-line with existing wire. Even has little plastic push/plugs to secure wire to frame where holes are already in place (at lease on my 2011 wrangler).

|Direct fit, easy installation,
This tow hitch wiring harness is a direct fit on a 2007 Wrangler. Works exactly as expected.
Pros:
-reasonably priced compared to dealership equivalent part
-included clear and concise directions with photos
-can be installed in less than 5 minutes using only a screwdriver
-the pins for securing the harness cable to the frame matched the holes in the frame perfectly
Cons:
-If you don’t have a specific hitch the plug end of the cable may hang a few inches unsecured. I feel that this is merely a cosmetic problem, so in turn did not impact my rating.
