Ford and mazda made nearly identical trucks starting in the mid 90′s. If the mazda and the ranger are the same body style parts will interchange very easily. All the B series of a given year are the same body. The only difference is the motor(i.e. B2300= 2.3l, B3000=3.0l) so the body panels should match up.
