Question by lady: How good is a 1997 honda passport vehicle?
I have found this vehicle and i want to make sure it is a good vehicle. It has 1100000 miles on it. They are asking 2200.00 for it. I just want to make sure it is a good vehicle before I buy it.

You mean 110K or 1.1M??LOL
Just make sure you carfax it and try to get a Mechanical Inspection done before you buy it, but overall that is a well proven vehicle with a Good Reliability Track Record.

They are decent suvs. Not the most advanced, even for their time, but solid. It is based on the Isuzu Rodeo.
Like Chris said, have a mechanic check it out first. They should only charge you an hour of labor to make sure there are no big things about to go wrong.
It was a very good vehicle but you need to make sure that the timing belt, tensioners, guides and water pump has been changed because it will cost about half of what you are paying for the vehicle.
