Q&A: how can i replace a bulb in the running lights of a 89 eagle summit!?

Question by Meghan F: how can i replace a bulb in the running lights of a 89 eagle summit!?
i have a 89 eagle summit, im tuning it up for inspection, i noticed a light out in the front right, it was between the head light and the side orange marker. I popped the hood to take a closer look and i have no clue as to how to remove the bulb. Do i have to take off the plastic cover, like the headlights? or do i have to fish for the bulb socket on the inside?? please help, very confused! thank you

i had a car like that once and i used a hammer to remove the lense cover and then repaired it with scotch tape layers coated in orange magic marker.
