the nacigation system said 04:20 (in german): von hier aus können keine fahrempfehlungen mehr gegeben werden. what mean ins english some kind of this: from now on, there are no more recommended routes. not quite good for a navigation system xD and then he: you dont even have to think where you`re going the navigation-system tells you. haha, thats funny because it said that it dont know where to go xD

the steering in that car has ZERO feedback
I lov the show,lov the car’s,but I don’t aggree with the result’s.nothing beat’s the quattro syst,BMW’s look nice but AUDI’s hav it all,med sport,elegance,class,an with A lil money,an twin turbo’s.Nothing come’s close….But the supra is right behind it when it come’s to add on power…Just my oppinion..
@MrVeedubevs But Subaru is very good too. Maybe even better, they have more experience with4wd. I remember, when i was 6 years old my parebns had a Volkswagen Beetle, our house was up a small hill. When there was snow, only one car made it to the top of that hill, our Beetle. Not our Neighbours even the one having a Audi 80 Quattro. My sister and me were standing on the rear Bumper to raise the pressure on the rear axis. Driving skill is still the most important factor.
@Hackmannhasstaudi Quattro is noticeably better than the other offerings – Try one in the snow or even when you’re up to your wheel arches in mud.
I love audis but the a6, this version looks bland! The e39 BMW looks much better!
@unspeakablescourge Then buy a Vw Passat its much cheaper and almost the same car. Quattro is awd like every other, nothing special. Where i live we have lots of snow to but a 4awd was never necessary. We prefer to say, “Awd gets you stuck there, where the towing vehicle cant reach”.
Quattro is nothing special, every Car Brand got an Awd System. Rwd is the the best, e xcepting in the snow, but a good driver can handle that.
@Hackmannhasstaudi 1. It snows a lot where i live, and sometimes my wife drives, so Quattro is perfect for me.
2. we still have highways in North America, so this is how. you pull up next to someone at highway speed, around 70mph, give ‘em the look, and it’s as they say “on”. and no bmw without an M on it can keep up with my 2.7t from 60 to 130. whitch is the sweet spot when you have a speed limit.
3. benzes are for spoiled wives, expensive maintainance
@unspeakablescourge 1. A Bmw driver can driver can drive his car with Rwd. So get some driving skill.
2. how can you chew up Bmw´s when you live in a country with a speed limit? If you coould drive faster then 200 kph daily you will feel the difference between a overpriced Volkswagen with a Audi badge and a Bmw or Mercedes.

A6 kills the 5 series all day. I had a 2.7t, chewed up bimmers all day. he didn’t mention the best part. with traction controll on, the car slows you down if you loose traction, quattro puts more power to the outside. turn traction controll OFF, when you loose traction it puts more power to the BACK wheels, for a more controlled oversteer. basically the coolest thing a transmission could ever do.

extremely good looking? i pref the 5 series then, and by looking at the number of old 5′s compared to a6′s on the road today, many people agree with me.

@khalsaman23 I actually misses the old reviews where focus was on cars rather than having fun on a track. In the 90′s Top gear was a car program with a fun quirk, now it’s a quirky talkshow with cars in it.
@svtxchinoy And Yes, I know he loves Mercs as well, but if you’ve read some of his recent articles in the Sunday Times, he’s been turned into Roundel man.
Lolz, amazing how times have changed. He’s BMW man now.
