An Audi 80 coupe doesn’t exist. You have the Audi 80 en the Audi coupe. They are seperate models. And its not a 2.2 unless its a 20 v so it’s a 2.3 10 V. Get your facts right! But still very nice video, thanks for that.

@163dziugas I took an S2 20 v 2.2 qauttro for a spin today (MINT) and no-way would it do 0-100km under 5.6. The weight of the thing was hurrendous! I’ll buy a 90′s coupe 2 wheel drive, but not an S2. And if you own a normally aspirated 20valve that does 0-100 in 5.6….well, she must have some major work done to her!

in case you dont know the guy testing the car is Tiff Needell he was a professional racing driver. and a winner. go watch some more top gear videos ore fifth gear. go and see what he can do to the cars.
he drived more cars in his life than you can imagine. so he knows what he says about.

@163dziugas he is just scared shitless to push the pedal to the floor,i had an Audi 200,that had a 2,2 20V 162kW engine with quattro and it could do 0-60 in 6,5 seconds or so,atleast when it got off from a dead stop,it sucked me into the seat like idk what.

I got audi coupe 2.3 dohc 20v and its 5.6 seconds to 100km/h not over 9 seconds, handling is awesome, and changing gear is good too, so wtf is he talking about? its a great car!

@bmwrallysport What a stupid comment. How well do you know me? And what exactly does your 5000 Estate (barge?) have to do with the 80 Coupe? I presume you’ve never owned (and perhaps even driven) the 80 Coupe or you would have said as much.

I liked the styling of the car and the build quality but the handling WAS woeful. There are many videos here and if you watch the excessive suspension travel you will agree it is too soft, which means the car cannot handle and will pitch and dive in corners.
