Maximum Fun With My Land Rover Discovery Sussex

Tomorrow I am going on holiday to Majorca. Although I am very excited about enjoying some fun in the sun, I am also a little nervous. I hate flying. In truth I am absolutely petrified. When my friends suggested a girlie holiday in the sun I was extremely excited. I earn enough money and was happy to go for at least two weeks. I presumed they would want to somewhere in Spain or Greece. Maybe one of the Balearic islands such as Ibiza. However it seemed as I was wrong.They fancied going a little further afield. Cancun, Miami and somebody even suggested Australia. The money was not the issue but the flight time was. I could not face a long haul flight. I was just too scared. I once flew to the Canary Island of Tenerife which takes about four hours. That is the longest flight I have ever done and I just know that I would not survive any longer than that.

I reluctantly want to the travel agents with the other girls. I knew I would end up booking with them no matter where they decided to go. I didn’t want to miss out. I started to look up statistics on the internet which explained that it was much safer to travel by plane than to drive in your Land Rover Discovery Sussex car. It might be true but it didn’t seem that way in my head.

Thankfully the girls soon realised that they would be stretching the budget that little bit too far if they decided to head for far off shores, hence we are going to Majorca. It is only a two hour flight but I am still very nervous. I am just keeping my fingers crossed that there is no turbulence or horrid thunders storms!
