present days motor cycles appear to be non standard either in weight of the vehicle or the engine performence, not considering the safty of the rider also the pillion and also no standards in the wheele diameter in the same horsepower group or the CC group .there must be some authority to check.

So why would you want all motorcycles to be standardized to be exactly the same? Sounds like a really STUPID idea to me.
