Don’t use it unless there is a known problem with the cooling system. Just let the system drain naturally and replace the fluid you drain out.

Don’t waste your money. Some common sense about radiators here.
This type of maintenance is called “Radiator Flush”. They can drain the coolant then “flush” through the radiator to “unclog” them and refill it with fresh coolant. It is good to have it done if you have some overheating problems, A/C not working well and coolant was dirty. Shop around for the best price and service with some guarantees if anything happens to your radiator. There are shops that specialized in radiator repairs. A lot of times when the shop do service on your car, they will say things that may not be necessary such as new hose (unless obvious detection of deteriorations), or new water pump. This is how they make money. Do some research and go from there.
Best of Luck
if your having problems with overheating your problem most likely is a bad thermostat or ur water pump is bad but b4 u spend the money for those check the coolant with a simple tool ur can get at any auto parts store costs under $ 10
