I would be cheaper to buy a new Porsche.
Your uncle is wasting money.
Depends on the year of the car. If its just a regular key a lock smith can re-key it for a couple of hundred dollars. If its a late model with electronic keys then he is looking at close to $2000 to get a new lock set.
