Question by Rich T: How much is my 2000 saab 9-3 worth as is with blown turbo?
I have a 2000 saab 9-3 with 100k miles, car is in very good shape with little to no rust. It has a blown tubo that is going to be a $ 1500 repair. I want to sell it as is instead of fixing it. It is a 2.0 with automaitic transmission. Please only reply if you really have an idea what its value is. I am in Wisconsin if that matters.

Sorry, not very much. Go to kbb.com (kelly blue book) and type in the correct information (zip code, in this example I used one from Madison, WI), the car year, type, model, and version (I used the base sedan). Select options (I used the standard ones for the base sedan). it will come back with a value.

http://www.kbb.com/used-cars/saab/9_3/2000/private-party-value/pricing-report?condition=fair&id=6890&equipment=261214%7ctrue&mileage=100000

In your case, just under $ 2000. It says $ 1895. Probably about what you are looking at if you sell it yourself. Good luck.`

Well, the brand new amounts up to $ 50,000 so maybe your car would be $ 25,000 below since it has a blown turbo and it is already second hand. That’s the problem with cars, it easily depreciates.
