There are a lot of sprays out there for just that. Armorall is a good one and can be used for just about anything.

You could try Armor All Leather Wipes. They protect the rich look of leather and also guards against spills and stains. Another product we use to keep the leather soft is Lemon Pledge furniture polish.

The best ever leather conditioning agent is mink oil. Either as oil or a cream applied to the leather at least once every 6 months. The mink oil restores the natural oils on the leather that have either been dried or washed out. It keeps the leather from cracking and keeps it looking new.

Armor All is sythetic based and is mostly silicone. Good for vinyl but not the best for leather. The synthetic oils on armor all dries quickly and is not readily absorbed by the leather.
