great shifter,
I bought this for my 2000 softail FXST, to replace the worn out standard cylinder shifter, the quality on this is great, the chrome really shines and besides the obvious rubber part in the front, the back has 2×1 piece of rubber as well.
Installation is very simple, all you need its a allen key.

Maybe it’s just mental, but I actually think it shifts better with this peg. Fits my foot form better than the original rubber and is a nice chrome-esque addition.

Severl of the members on the forum, HarleyTalking.com have the full Willie G. collections on their bikes. This is the best price I’ve seen for the shift peg.
