It seems fine but it keeps slipping off because the velco doesn’t work. They need another way to afix it to the trunk.

Many reviews written about how great the product is – and I can attest to the quality (and fast shipping). Unfortunately, I could not find any information prior to ordering as to its suitability for a VW Bug. Therefore, allow me to be the first to review that aspect: It does not fit. I think with a bit of custom cutting, it could be made to work. It would be handy if the description for this item clearly stated what models of cars are not suitable for this particular product. Oh, well ….

This bumper protector does exactly what it intends and some. Before the bumper bully my bumoer was being consistently scracthed by my sister’s plates, now no matter how close she gets to my car, the bumper bully protects my ENTIRE bumper. I highly recommend this product to everyone who has problem with people parking too close to their car. Thanks I love it!
