GMC Sierra All ? Terrain HD Concept
GMC Sierra All ? Terrain HD Concept
I am sitting in the Landshark Chair enjoying a cup of coffee which are both rare for me. Sitting for a period of time and coffee which I don’t normally drink. It’s a nice morning here in Tampa and the sun is just breaking through where my amazing Christmas present … my LandShark Chair is sitting. You will find out more about this chair later but for now lets get to the topic of the morning…
I just got the latest issue of Auto Week and I was all set to read about the Jeep Grand Cherokee (which I have owned two and loved) and the CTS-V Coupe (which I just got rid of the sedan version) becoming the AutoWeek Best of the Best.
The second or third page had what looked like a TRUCK from GMC which stopped me in my tracks and made me sit back and write this post.
The reason I say looked like a truck is because I could never understand why Chevy didn’t make their HD trucks standout more from their normal series. If you look at the Ford series you have a clear distinction between the F150 series which no one will argue is a great selling truck and the F-250/F-350 Series. > I have also theorized that one of the great marketing designs was the fact that the F150 looked and felt that much different than the F250/350 series. I have also believed that as an owner of a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel that Dodge suffered from this same issue. F150 looks like and everyday truck for the masses and the F250/350 looks like something that is going to a job site for a major day of work.

The article was brief with some of the rumored specifications and I also found an article from Autoblog(Blog I read and enjoy): GMC Concept
Overall this sounds like an amazing statistical truck with the massive Duramax they suggets it has but I content that the one thing GMC/Chevy have done here that makes it even more interesting is the fact that it looks and fees different than their normal line…. Style vs Substance maybe…
But in this case I think they have it right.
