Dorman 742-252,
I purchased this for a Lincoln Town Car 2000 model. The instalation was fairly easy and it worked great. The difficult part is getting the door panel off.

Using this as a motor for a DIY project. NOTE: This does not come with the cable pulley wheel that is normally attached to the motor and needed to turn the gear.
