Flynn’s responsibilities at Damon, Topham will include firm marketing, recruiting, public relations, and various administrative duties. Prior to joining the firm, Flynn spent 10 years as a Recruiting Coordinator at the corporate law firm of Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault of Boston, where she oversaw all aspects of the firm’s legal fall recruiting efforts and summer internship programs.

Flynn holds a Bachelor of Art, magna cum laude, in English from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is resident of Plymouth, Mass., and a native of Mattapoisett, Mass.
