RUN, don’t walk away from this MERCHANT!!!! MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE…Surprising that Amazon.com lets them do business!

Ms Glenn,I certainly did NOT appreciate the tone of your LAST email contact with me that was sent off the record. I appreciate your future comments be written to me here at AMAZON.com. I work in LOGISTICS so let me educate you on why your shipping is NOT “Unbeatable”:

*First of all you have a heck of a nerve taking that tone with an unhappy customer off-line from Amazon.com

*Secondly, you have the NERVE to charge almost 4X’s the regular shipping rate. I paid as much for shipping as I did for the items..and then you sent me HALF my order!

*Original shipping for (2) Items was $25.00! You sent me (1) item and still charged me $25.00 and CHARGED ME FOR THE ITME YOU DIDN”T SEND!!

*You provided NO TRACKING so I didn’t know what was being shipped and when to expect it. I would have refused this nasty packaging if I was home to receive it!!

*You shipped this item that weighs a little less than one pound on an OVERSIZE “recycled motorcycle parts” box with barely any tape on it. UPS calcualations shows a 2lb box can ship GROUND from 08701 to my zip code for $7.61!!! And you wonder why I think this is a RIP OFF???*I purchased (2) items. You send me (1) item WITH A PACKING SLIP THAT CLEARLY STATES ONE ITEM SHIPPED and then you make me wait for a refund while you “check that”?? You’re kidding, right?*I contacted your company 4 x’s to remedy.
