How can I install a subwoofer if the car stereo does not have an output ?

Question by nobuy0820: How can I install a subwoofer if the car stereo does not have an output ? Hi all, thanks for reading my question! I have a subwoofer and amplifier from my older car and would like to install them for my new car (Toyota Highlander). The CD stereo is the original stock, and I have already taken it out of the dashboard and checked what optional outputs it has on the back. It actually did not have a subwoofer output. When I asked car audio staff at Best Buy, he said that we can use a splitter (I am not sure if it is correct) and get the cable hooked up from the speakers on the door. I know if I take my car to car audio shops, I can get it done fast. But I dnt want to…. Click Here to Read More

How do I buy a used vehicle from a private party which autocheck says is leased?

Question by queenrainell: What kind of vehicle is somewhat cheap but is also cheap to fix? I have a Saturn that the transmission and/or torque converter went out, also has power steering problems. Thanks for any help anyone is able to give me. Best answer: Answer by Liam Craik-HoranGo to East Germany and buy a Trabbie. They last on average for twenty-eight years. Give your answer to this…. Are vehicle repair shops generally okay with me buying my own parts and bringing them in for installation?

Question by flowersandbuds: Are vehicle repair shops generally okay with me buying my own parts and bringing them in for installation? The shop wants to charge a lot of money for parts on my vehicle, when I can get the exact same part for cheaper on my own. I know they are getting their parts from AutoZone because their part#s on the estimate match up. They are not the OEM part#s. Best answer: Answer by KenNO……They make a few dollars profit on the part they provide, but they will stand behind it if it fails……Cheaper parts are cheaper for a reason, they are made in china with lower quality, do yourself a favor and get the good stuff and allow the garage to make a few bucks,…. How to intentionally disable a vehicle without permanent damage?

Question by notanotherinmarch: How to intentionally disable a vehicle without permanent damage? Hello, I would like to know the best and easiest way to intentionally disable a vehicle without doing any permanent damage. Simply disconnecting the battery cables is a little too obvious. As for other methods, please keep in mind I would like to be able to simply fix the problem and drive the vehicle home. This is my own vehicle. The reason for doing so is for a sociological research project; seeing who stops to help, age group, gender etc. Spark plugs? Easy way to quickly drain the battery (under an hour)?….Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. Best answer: Answer by B…. Click Here to Read More

Question by Kevin: Can I deduct a new car purchase for my business? My wife and I purchased a new car in 2006. The car is used for both personal use, and for use in my business.
