Can you drive an Alfa Romeo Montreal in the US?
I want to buy a Montreal, but they were never certified for sale in North America. Does that mean you can’t even drive one here? I’ve yet to find one for sale in America.
Also, do any come with the steering wheel on the left side? I’m used to shifting gears with my right hand.

You cant buy one because it was never certified for US sale. You would need to have it converted which would probably cost as much as a new car.
If it will pass your states safety and/or emissions inspection, then you can drive it, even if it is right hand drive
You would have to have it converted which would cost around 12,000 because they’re not certified yet. I don’t think they will be either.
