@heartlessvietboy Most of the problems with the 2.7 were 2001 to 2002 but all years are not that good. The waterpump is in the engine itself and any seepage leads to sludge or scored rod bearing in short order. It is possible to get a lot of miles out of a 2.7 but many have seized up with under 50K miles, even w’ good maintenance. Sometimes casting flash on the block from the factory scores internals, other times the timing chain tensioner fails. Various reasons. The 2.7 is infamous in failing

I have a 2001 Sebring Convertible, and i’m just fine with where the CD changer is located. Its a great car too. lol

They really complained about where the disc changer is located? I think it’s a great design, you load up your cds and switch through them with the head unit above. What are they doing changing CD’s while they are driving? it’s a cd changer it’s not meant to be actively used while driving, I think chrysler’s engineers considered this and put it down there on purpose to reduce cluttered controls, so I’m a little disappointed that they would gripe about that. I think the interior gets 10/10.

I was just tired of the “your this” “your that” when it’s you’re and I always type the difference so can most others, except for these Chrysler fan boys that rush to the defense of Chrysler always acting as if they know so much and freaking out just after seeing my YT name. Go fly a kite.

WTF is it with you Chrysler fans? It’s NOT your, it’s “you’re”, a contraction of you and are, everytime one of you write a damn email, type a personal message or post a comment, most of you guys don’t even know how to use proper grammar like most of you didn’t even graduate high school. Chrysler maybe better but it is still really bad and reality and the facts show it, if it’s had to improve that much and is “stil” bad, says a lot about how bad it really was. Go screw yourself.

Some of the new Sebring Convertibles are priced at up to $36,000!! And the quality of the entire vehicle is terrible, incredible cheapness all over.

I feel sorry for people when I see then driving like what were they thinking!

This older Generation actually had far better quality of components overall and a nice, high quality interior. The interior in the new one is like kids toy quality!
