Very accurate, easy to use, and portable,
I scoured Amazon.com looking for a very accurate tire pressure gauge that was small enough to throw in a glove box. I narrowed it down to the Accutire gauge and ordered a pair of them for my Dodge Challenger and Ram.
The shipping was incredibly fast, showing up in just two days. The units showed up with high quality cases, similar to those used with high end sunglasses. The gauge itself has a nice feel to it; hefty enough to control, but light enough to carry. The readout is extremely easy to see and the cute white LED light is pretty bright too.
As mentioned earlier, the goal was an ACCURATE tire pressure gauge and I wasn’t disappointed. Testing both gauges against my professional air inflator/gauge and a Longacre tire pressure gauge costing twice as much showed that the two Accutire gauges I purchased were less than 0.5 PSI off, which is the limit of resolution on the gauges. In other words, the gauges were more accurate than the granularity of their displays.
I am very happy with these gauges and only wish that I could pick up a couple more in time for Christmas. Alas, the ones I ordered were from Amazon, but the ones left in stock (at the time of this writing) are from a third party.

I purchased this tire gauge because it has the same features as my old one. The light and backlit screen are great for use under less than ideal lighting conditions. It even comes with a sturdy case. I don’t know how long the batteries will last but so far it’s working very well.

|accutire MS 4355B tire guage,
Works as advertised and works well. Solidly made with a nice eyeglasses type case. Directions give no hint how to change batteries. The web site has a manual that explains it. You can find it at [...]. I gather from the site that they no longer sell model 4355B but the directions for model 4006B seem identical.
