NO I DONT THINK YOU CAN REMOVE IT, BECAUSE IT IS A LAW IN EUROPE THAT A CAR MUST HAVE A HEADREST , ONLY ACCEPTION IS , IF THE CAR IS OLDER THAN 30 YEARS OLD. SO I THINK IT MUST STAY ON.
